Concept & Outcome
Inspired by cravings, Nosh transitions from a grab-and-go bakery in the morning, to a salad and panini bar in the afternoon, to a destination for cocktails and late-night bites in the evening. With these transitions in mind, came the basis of the name ‘Nosh’. The logo is clipped away as if it has been nibbled itself. The angle of this clipping is used throughout the brand as seen in the brand’s signature pattern.
